Symptoms
Customer is possible to add a new redirect payment method (like Stripe) without the need of purchasing a service through CCPv2 as described in p.5.2.4 of OAP 7.1 Release Notes.
But there is no possibility to add such payment method in the same way through CCPv1.
Cause
CCPv1 does not allow adding redirect payment methods. Only credit card stored locally or bank account can be added through CCPv1.
Resolution
Feature Request #PFR-582 was submitted to implement the possibility to add redirect payment methods through CCPv1. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at pta@odin.com to clarify the status of this request.
