Symptoms
Setup fee for the resource rates or for service plan are not shown explicitly when purchasing the resource/subscription using UX1, they are only included in "DUE NOW" notification and are shown on the final order placement screen.
Odin Automation version is 7.4 or below.
Cause
The described behaviour is expected by design.
Ability to display setup fee chanrges was implemented in scope of the feature request #PFR-1588 in Odin Automation 8.0
