Symptoms
Online Store was migrated to CentOS 7 according to KB #130128. Once migration was completed none Online Stores cannot be opened. The following error is displayed:
503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Attempt to synchronize Online Store from Billing Control Panel fails with the message about absent route to Online Store host:
Synchronization failed with error: Operation failed with error code : 7; Failed connect to <ONLINE_STORE_FRONTNET_IP>:443; No route to host.
Cause
Network configuration of Online Store is not correct. Communication between Online Store node and other nodes is impossible through FrontNet interface.
Resolution
Refer to operating system manuals to reconfigure network parameters and allow communication between service nodes.
