Symptoms
After upgrade of Operations Automation major version, some OpenAPI methods started to fail with the following error message inside of OpenAPI::PEMProxyMethod::execute:
system exception, ID 'IDL:omg.org/CORBA/MARSHAL:1.0'
Unknown vendor minor code id (0), minor code = 0, completed = NO
Despite that, method invocation seems complete. In this scenario, OpenAPI might be able to process some calls, but might not process the others.
Cause
During the upgrade procedure not all package manifests were processed. Therefore, some methods lack their new parameters and unable to process when full set of parameters is passed.
