How to enable Web Presence Builder in new WebHosting Plesk (guide) module?

Answer

Enable the "Web Presence Builder" component in the PCP > Services > WebHosting Plesk > Service Nodes (tab) > Components (link) > Tools&Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Web Presence Builder (item)
Make sure that Plesk license on WebHosting Plesk node has "Sites published with Presence Builder NNNN" entry
