Symptoms
SubscriptionRestoreTerminated_API method does not work as expected after 7.1 OA platform upgrade. On attempt to restore a subscription with service status = "Stopped" the following error appears:
Cannot restore the Subscription #1001: Only the Terminated Subscriptions with the Service status Stopped can be restored.
billing.log error:
[0] *** INTERRUPTED BY EXCEPTION *** ErrorMessage* BM::SubscriptionRestoreTerminated_API(Int)
Finished method BM.SubscriptionRestoreTerminated_API(user = -1, SID = 0, lang = en, request = 9986, localObject = 0, transaction = 10771 (HP))
ExceptionResult: Cannot restore the Subscription #1001: Only the Terminated Subscriptions with the Service status Stopped can be restored.
Cause
Software - related issue #PBA-81274: "SubscriptionRestoreTerminated API method error: Cannot restore the Subscription xxx: Only the Terminated Subscriptions with the Service status Stopped can be restored".
