Symptoms
A Syndication to CSP migration was launched for a subscription, and it got stuck in Changing Plan state. Later the subscription got renewed, and the change order got canceled by the Billing system. How to fix the subscription and complete the migration?
Cause
The CSP migration is not designed to keep accounts/subscription in transient state for a long time.
