Symptoms
An order for APS Applicatoin subscription provisioning fails with the following error in BA:
Error Message Execution Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #0, extype_id #1, module_id #Common, Internal error: APSC: Username (login) can't be null..
Cause
Both tenant and service user resource types have enabled Autoprovisioning.
Resolution
Disable autoprovisioning for service user resource type at the following path:
OA > Applications > application_name > Resource Types > service_user_rt_name > Activation Parameters > Automatically provision service > Off
