Symptoms
An attempt to Place an Order from the PCP in Home > Operations > Orders > Add New Order fails with following error trying to open a list of available plans:
ODBC code #42000: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The incoming request has too many parameters. The server supports a maximum of 2100 parameters. Reduce the number of parameters and resend the request.ODBC code #42000
Cause
The issue is caused by FND-4152 "Not possible to place an order: "The incoming request has too many parameters"
Resolution
Please contact you Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify status of the sofware issue.
As a workaround it is still possible to place an order for the customer from CCP, using "Buy More Services" button.
