Fixed Issues

APS-41735 Ambiguity of application instance resources after O365 subscription migration.

APS-42574 Provisioning of a service template can fail if it includes resources from several APS applications with different provisioning modes (synchronous and asynchronous).
POA-111350 The "Synchronize resource usage for APS application" task fails because of denied access to the controller.pem file.

APS-42446 Additive RT usage is increased incorrectly on APS resource update via PUT

Use oa-update KB111323 to install this hotfix. Also this hotfix will be installed automatically during upgrade to OA 7.1.0 via oa-update.
