Symptoms
Sales Order for Nomadesk APS fails with:
Internal error: APSC: Internal Server Error: Trying to get property of non-object at /var/www/html/Nomadesk/context.php:53..
Further investigation revealed: application Endpoint is getting incorrect version of APS resource of type http://apsstandard.org/app/nomadesk/nmduser/. APSC returns http://apsstandard.org/app/nomadesk/nmduser/1.0 while the correct version from package schema is http://apsstandard.org/app/nomadesk/nmduser/1.1.
APS resource type version is correct everywhere, latest version of aps-php-runtime is installed, typeCache directory is cleaned.
Cause
Software-related issue #POA-110697: "Type version bump break subscriptions/resources and provisioning through aps_defaults_* and provisioning through activateSubscription".
