Symptoms
On attempt to install a package on an Exchange DAG service node, the following error is registered in OA agent log on the target node:
Exec error output: C:\Program Files (x86)\SWsoft\PEM\bin\ClusSynchFile.vbs(13, 2) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: ActiveX component can't create object: 'MSCluster.Cluster'
Cause
The error appears because OA agent does not support cluster mode on Exchange DAG nodes:
Operations Automation agent should be installed in non-clustered configuration, so that each DAG Node is registered in Operations Automation as a standalone mailbox server. Exchange-related Operations Automation packages should also be installed on each DAG Node registered in Operations Automation.

Resolution
This error can be simply ignored. In case packet installation fails, check WPE log file on the Windows Provision Server.
