Symptoms
Task 'Actualization of APS 2.0 resources for the account #1' fails with the following error:
Account 1100XX: APS resource for '/aps/2/application/users' with id 'xxx' was NOT registered. Error code: 500. Provisioning: resource 9d102a5d-612e-4ae6-bc2c-87eebb36186b of type 'service-users' (http://parallels.com/aps/types/pa/service-user/1.1) for APS application 'POA-Core-Services-2.1-96': ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8": 0xeda386
The same error message can be found in poa.log on the Management Node.
Cause
There is a special character (?) in the Service User Display name for the account #1100XX and this causes the issue.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to resolve the issue.
