Symptoms
Attempt to search the orders by the specific status and Order Number (e.g. fail + CL in the search criteria) fails with timeout.
Cause
An issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-80949 ("search by All orders with specific parameters is not possible").
Resolution
As a workaround to make search possible again - remove the file /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/1000306.customization/SalesOrder_AgentOrderList.xml, where 1000306 is an example of the staff member id who attempted search.
