Symptoms
There is a promotion configured for service plan and for the resources. The customer purchased the subscription, the promotion was correctly applied. When upgrading resource limits from CCPv2 the customer is shown the default price, without promotion applied, even though the notification is shown for correct total.
Cause
The issue has been fixed in OSA 7.1 in scope of the bug #PBA-74643 ("aps.biz.getResourcesInfo returns priceText by Service Plan data, not by subscription").
Resolution
Upgrade to OSA 7.1.
