Symptoms
Watchdog reports WWW unavailability, even though the control panel works fine. This makes WWW to be restarted every 5 minutes.
wd.out.log shows errors:
[Mon Dec 21 18:34:01 2015] [HTTP] [DEBUG] Checking server availability..
[Mon Dec 21 18:34:01 2015] [HTTP] [WARN] Server response status '500 SSL negotiation failed: ' is not valid.
Cause
Watchdog does not work through SSL3. This issue is caused by a software issue ID #PBA-69081
Resolution
Stop watchdog:
/etc/init.d/pba stop wd
Remove wd from all the configuration files, it should not be listed in startdep in the files from the folder /usr/local/bm/etc/ssm.conf.d/
