Symptoms
Subscription is duplicated on the CCP > Office 365 (tab) > Licenses tab. It has the same name as the original one, but zero limit and usage like:
Office 365 Business Premium (?) 6 used of 6 Seats
Office 365 Business Premium (?) 0 used of 0 Seats
Cause
Service Template affected subscription is based on contains 2 identical resources with the same Offer Id. For example: Office 365 Business Premium and Office 365 Business Premium with additional service.
This behavior is fixed in scope of software-related issue #APSA-16076: "No licenses from other subscriptions".
