Symptoms

WebHosting linux websites are available in CCP v1, but are not shown in CCP v2 after upgrade to Odin Automation 7.1.

Before upgrading to Odin Automation 7.1, some WebHosting Linux subscriptions could be suspended. The web-hosting-linux-upgrade-assistant script does not update suspended and disabled subscriptions.

Resolution

Run the web-hosting-linux-upgrade-assistant script from KB 130480 to ensure that all WebHosting Linux subscriptions have the required resource types: WebHosting Linux Application, WebHosting Linux Tenant, WebHosting Linux Website.

  1. Download the web-hosting-linux-upgrade-assistant script to the Odin Automation management node.
  2. Issue the command: chmod +x ./web-hosting-linux-upgrade-assistant
  3. Issue the command: ./web-hosting-linux-upgrade-assistant --update

Run a special script called web-hosting-linux-websites-assistant. The script will enable CCP v2 for websites.

  1. Download the web-hosting-linux-websites-assistant script to the Odin Automation management node.
  2. Issue the command: chmod +x ./web-hosting-linux-websites-assistant
  3. Issue the command: ./web-hosting-linux-websites-assistant enable-ccp-v2

Now you can manage websites in CCPv2.
