Symptoms
A Sales Report was generated at Home > Finance > Reports.
However in the genereated report Service Plans with Zero Cost price are missing. What is the reason of such software behavior?
Cause
This is expected behavior of Business Automation: plans with Zero Cost price are not included in Sales Report. Details can be found in Business Automation Provider's guide.
Resolution
Feature Request #PBA-57031 "Sales Report - Include Plan with Zero Cost price" has been created to change this behavior in future versions of Business Automation. Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates Team to clarify status of the Feature Request.
