Symptoms
Trying to switch Service Plan of a Subscription fails with:
operation with NULL currency value
Cause
A Service Plan with trial subscription period only added to the list of available upgrades.
The issue is caused by #PBA-77920 "Switch Plan fails with operation with NULL currency value"
Resolution
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify status of the software issue.
As a workaround, Service Plans with trial Subscription Periods only should be removed from the list of available upgrades.
