Symptoms
Some attempts to place orders for new accoutns from on-line store fail:
Unable to create Account. The password is empty.
even though the password is filled correctly.
Cause
The issue only happens if TWO_PAGE option is enabled on the checkout screen and is caused by the bug with id #PBA-80152 ("Redirect payment system is able to remove password from session").
