Symptoms
OA account has a huge quantity of subscriptions, users and domains, for instance 955 domains, 1341 subscriptions and 832 service users.
In that case it takes about 12 minutes to render user screen in CCP > Users > Click to any service user. The same occurs during an attempt to add a service user.
In case of default Apache timeout on the UI hosts, the following error appears in CP after 30 seconds:
Service Unavailable
The corresponding service is not available at the moment. Try again in 2-3 minutes.

/var/log/pa/core.log contains many entries of:
[ HostedServiceUsers_impl::getServiceUser] ===> ENTRY
Cause
UI service sends 3K+ equal getServiceUser requests to Management Node.
This behavior has been submitted to Odin Development Team as:
- #POA-110944: "Redundant getSubscription corba calls from ui-aps when accessing service user screen in CCPv1"
- #POA-110956: "CCP "Users" tab: huge amount of "getServiceUser" requests on attempt to access a Service User"
Resolution
Contact TAM or pta@odin.com to trace the status of the requests.
As a temporary workaround, increase Apache timeout as indicated in the following KB article:
