Symptoms
A php-based domain plugin is setup and configured. There are issues with displaying domain additional parameters in CCP v1/PCP, e.g.:
- the parameter is not parsed correctly;
- the parameter is displayed as a string, not a dropdown menu;
- the screen hangs;
- the button to continue is not available.
In CCP v2 the same purchase process works correctly.
Cause
All php-based plugins are supported only in CCPv2, this info is included to the release notes :
Note : All these features will work only together with Customer Control Panel v2.
The request POA-107167 exists to have a proper support for the domain additional parameters in CCP v1/PCP.
