Symptoms
When adding a new domain into Plesk from OA, OA does not send branded NS name to Plesk. This results in NS record being created in Plesk with NS server of the provider instead of resellers'.
Example of NS record in Plesk:
test.brand.tld. NS ns1.provider.tld.
Correct record in OA:
test.brand.tld. NS ns1.brand.tld.
Cause
The issue is recognized under internal ID POA-94804.
Resolution
Please contact TAM/PTA in order to clarify the status of this case and the possibility of a hotfix request.
