Office365: How to hide Adjust limits / Upgrade buttons in CCP?

Adjust limits and Upgrade buttons are located on CCP > Office 365 > Licenses tab.
Is it possible to hide them?

These buttons are depending on pba Resource Type presence. Please refer to the Creating 'PBA' Resource Type documentation article to learn more.
