Symptoms
ExchangeSync webmail is shown in "Removing" state in CCP with no possibility to edit it.
The corresponding user is listed as "Unprovided" in CCP > More Services > ExchangeSync.
Cause
The OX user was attempted to get removed in the past, but the corresponding APS configuration tasks were failed and canceled and are not available to be re-run any longer.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to resolve the inconsistency.
