Symptoms
After the upgrade of OA to version 7, icons in CCPv1 > VPS Management > Applications are missing.
The following error can be found in the browser console:
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - https://cp.example.com/puiStatic/images/icons/default_32x32.gif"
Cause
The issue is caused by a missing default_32x32.gif file in /usr/local/pem/wildfly-8.2.0.Final/ext/puiStatic/images/applications/ after the upgrade to OA 7.0 due to software related issue #POA-109249
Resolution
As a workaround, add the missing file manually.
