Symptoms
Hosting removal in CCP Websites > domain name > Web > Remove hosting fails with a blank page.
Cause
During a new domain registration, two records of the same domain are presented in OA DB for some period of time, one is a "domain request", which is removed after successful registration. For the period when there are 2 duplicate domains, they are treated as sub-domains of each other. APS incorrectly binds the domain to the subscription in such case. Later it may cause a failure of the subscription migration algorithm and result in DNS record APS resources still to be linked with the old account. This behaviour is caused by software-related issue #APS-35246.
Resolution
#APS-35246 has been fixed in OA v 7.0. Please consider to upgrade your installation.
