Symptoms

Cannot change/remove web hosting of domain.

  1. The following error displays in CCP:

    An unforeseen error occurred

  2. The follwing error can be found in /var/log/poa.log

Cause

DB inconsistency. OA tries to remove non existent DNS record (DNS record that has already been removed together with domain it belonged to).

The behavior was caused by the software issue #POA-108816. The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.
