Symptoms
Starting from 29-Mar-2015, Russian customers will observe that the order creation time will differ from the current time set in VE. E.g, order created 29-Mar-2015 09:55:00 (according to VE time) will have its creation date 29-Mar-2015 10:55:00, which is wrong.
Affected Installations
The installations of PBA ver. 5.5-6.0.x-7.0 for Linux RHEL 6.0/CentOS 6.0 that operate in Russian and Uruguayan time zones.
Cause
The root cause is outdated TimeZone Database in the libicu library () shipped with CentOS, which does not take the daylight saving change into account.
Resolution
Update the libicu library with the one attached to this KB:
- Download the attached .rpm and copy it to the PBA Application node.
- Update the .rpm.
- Restart PBA.
