Symptoms
On the Resellers Status tab there is a record about the reseller customer's order (e.g. in Provisioning Failed status) that has been earlier archived.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-77706 ("Archiving reseller's customers order leaves records in the ResellerTrans table forever").
