Symptoms
When logged in under other than English locale tired prices configuration is not saved. It works correctly if English language is used.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-77608 ("Non-English locale. Tiered Price configuration reset").
Resolution
Until the bug is fixed, please use English locale if you need to work with the tired prices.
