Symptoms
On attempt to access a Plesk Onyx-based subscription via OBAS CP the following error message is displayed:
404 Not Found

Cause
Such behavior was classified as software issue PBAS-30509 and was fixed in OBAS 4.5.7 release.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.7 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
Hotfixes for older versions
For OBAS 4.5.2:
Please download hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.2-46.swsoft.x86_64.rpm or hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.2-46.swsoft.i386.rpm depending on your OS and install it by running the commands below.
For 64-bit OS:
# rpm -Uvh hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.2-46.swsoft.x86_64.rpm
# service hspcd restart
For 32-bit OS:
# rpm -Uvh hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.2-46.swsoft.i386.rpm
# service hspcd restart
Warning: Restart of the hspcd service will cause OBAS downtime for about 10-60 seconds.
For OBAS 4.5.5:
Please download hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.5-66.swsoft.x86_64.rpm or hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.5-66.swsoft.i386.rpm depending on your OS and install it by running the commands below.
For 64-bit OS:
# rpm -Uvh hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.5-66.swsoft.x86_64.rpm
# service hspcd restart
For 32-bit OS:
# rpm -Uvh hspc-cp-plesk-4.5.5-66.swsoft.i386.rpm
# service hspcd restart
