How to customize page templates for parked and locked domains?

For parked domains: modify the /usr/local/pem/sysvhosts/domain_parking/index.html file on domain parking host.

Feature Request #POA-107796: "Brand "domain_parking" template" has been created to implement it in UI.

For locked websites: modify the /usr/local/pem/sysvhosts/default/httpdocs/index.html file on every webserver (for LSH) or NFS (for NG).

Feature Request #POA-87743: "Brand "Site locked" template" has been created to implement it in UI.
