InternetX .de domains registration for business accounts fails: "Registrar did not accept request"

Symptoms

Registration of .de domain with InternetX for business type account fails:

Service Creation Failed: Domain registration failed - Registrar did not accept request.

Cause

The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-63338("Registration of .de Domain for "Company" account type fails using InternetX plug-in").

INTERNETX plugin is sending request as "organization" type for the contacts of domain to registrar which is invalid as per the requirement of registrar for the registration of a .de domain zone. Requirement of registrar for registering .de domain: "To register a .de-domain either the owner-c of the domain has to have a German address or the admin-c, furthermore the admin-c domain contact has to be the type "PERSON"".

Resolution

Apply a workaround:

Switch the account to personal.
Create a new user with country code de.
Update contact information of the domain with the new user.
Re-submit the order for provisioning.

To eliminate an issue completely, update installation to BA 6.0.5 or above.
