Symptoms
API methods to manage Accounts/Users do not validate empty fields that are mandatory in CP. For example, account created with AccountAdd_API may be created with empty city, e-mail, phone or other field. Users created with UserAdd_API may be created without last name, city. etc.
Cause
This issue is caused by a bug with id PBA-84146 ("Account management API methods do not validate input parameters"). Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at pta@odin.com to clarify the status of PBA-84146.
Resolution
All required data can be added later from the Control Panel.
