Is it possible to add Sales Person ID/Sales Branch ID placeholder to the ARDoc notification templates (e.g. Invoice)?

No, currently there is no such placeholder. The feature request with id #PBA-27574 ("Placeholders for Sales Person and Sales Branch fields for ARDOC Notifications") exists.
