Symptoms
After updating the value of "Mailbox of the person responsible for DNS zones" in the activation parameters of DNS resource type, and applying the changes, it does not appear to be updated in customer's domains zones. New DNS zones still contain the default email for "Mailbox of the person responsible for DNS zones".
Cause
The "DNS Hosting" parameters of service template (Service Templates > Temaplate_Name > Parameters tab) were customized.
If the custom values for parameter 'Nameservers' are specified, OA does not use the activation parameters of DNS resource type including the email. As a result default email is propagated to domain's DNS zone for parameter "Mailbox of the person responsible for DNS zones".
The behavior is caused by software issue #POA-107384. The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.
Workaround
Change the parameters of service template (Service Templates > Temaplate_Name > Parameters tab), having switched the value for 'Nameservers' to "Use default value". Then the value "Mailbox of the person responsible for DNS zones" will be taken from activation parameters of DNS resource type.
NOTE: In this case the DNS zones will be propagating to DNS servers specified in DNS resource type activation parameters. Use this option if it is acceptable.
