Symptoms
API method pem.removeDomain throws the following error:
Unknown Error (DnsZoneMutator, #1). org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement.
Cause
Two possible causes:
- Currently domain is bound to Web Hosting and Mail Hosting.
- Duplicate entries in the OA database.
Resolution
- Remove the bindings and then try to remove the domain again using pem.removeDomain.
- Contact Odin technical support to fix the issue.
