When is terminateDomain request sent?
Answer
The only case when domain termination request is sent is on the cancellation order processing when the setting Destroy Service on Cancel is set to Yes in the domain service template.
There are two more cases where we could expect the method to be called but it is not:
a) clicking Destroy button on Terminated subscription - due to the issue with id #PBA-34479 ("Domain status isn't changed on registrar side after destroying subscription in PBA");
b) subscription termination by the service terms - due to the issue #PBA-39946 ("Domains are not cancelled when subscription is terminated by service terms").
