Symptoms
Attempt to complete manually some domain operation (e.g. renewal) fails:
Cannot complete operation. Domain is Registered already.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-66050 ("NIP orders break domain conflict resolver").
Resolution
To complete an operation it is required to send an event manually, e.g. an event Renewal Completed for renewals, the parameters
OrderItemID=OIID; SubscrID=subscriptionID; IssuedSuccessfully=1; DomainOperation=20; Message=*Some message here*.
where OIID - order item id from the order, subscriptionID - subscription ID.
