There are some tlds that are supported by OpenSRS, but require some additional parameters to be sent on the domain operations (e.g. registrant type for .se or business registartion number for .sg). Is there any way to register such domains properly with OpenSRS domain plugin in BA?

In the current product version there is no such possibility. There are feature requests - #PBA-59039 ("[OpenSRS] Support of .SE/.RU/.DK domain zones") , #PBA-76627 (".sg support by OpenSRS").
