Symptoms
Task Dumping content of scripts directory for instance of APS site application with id XXX fails with an error like below:

Cause
Missing file or directory. Such issue could be caused by the tasks that were cancelled and/or not executed in the correct order.
Resolution
Create the missing file or directory and re-run the task.
