There are many orders in the specific status (e.g. New or Provisioning Failed) which needs to be processed in a bulk (e.g. opened or resubmitted for provisioning). How to do it?

Order queue may be created. Order queue is a user-defined group of orders of certain types and statuses, it provides a convenient way for pipe-line analysis or for monitoring important stages of order flow. E.g. Provider may easily get the list of all orders which failed to be provisioned (have status Provisioning Failed). Please note that for the operation buttons to be visible for the provider at least one order of his customers must be present there, otherwise you need to create a queue under the reseller.
