Symptoms
Attempt to transfer a hosting subscription having a linked domain may end in the hosting subscription having different owners on OA and billing sides. An attempt to move the subscription back to the original account fails with an error message:
Parallels Operations Automation error #Owner is not equal with POA::Owner for subscriptionID = <SUB_ID>..
If one tries to move the domain subscription to the destination account, the following message may be observed:
Table Tariff Period already contains row with id A, B
where B is the destination account ID.
Cause
Initially, transfer of the domain subscription failed because of a negative response from a registrar side. The hosting subscription owner was changed only in billing and the further attempts to move the subscriptions fail because of the different subscriptions owners in OA and billing.
This behaviour will be enhanced by the development team in a scope of an internal request PFR-1763.
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at pta@odin.com to clarify the status of PFR-1763 and resolve the discrepancy in the subscriptions owners.
