Symptoms
Unable to create resource mailbox. The task Update settings for resource mailbox fails with the following error:
Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object
or
Method name setResourceMailBoxInfoHandler on OBJREF:Exchange:0:getMailBox:3213536
Last execution output Provisioning request failed. Call of method "SW Managed Exchange::ModifyResourceMailbox" failed.

Cause
Such behavior is considered to be a software issue with ID POA-90119. Please note that the issue occurs only for Exchange Multi Tenant.
Resolution
As a workaround please perform the following steps:
Create a backup of the following files:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Windows Provisioning Engine\Providers\SW Managed Exchange\Utils\ExchangeUtils.ps1 C:\Program Files\Parallels\Windows Provisioning Engine\Providers\SW Managed Exchange\ModifyResourceMailbox.ps1- Replace them with the files from attachment.
Note: after next WPE tools installation these scripts will be overwritten.
