Symptoms
We have a customer with Office365 subscription. He would like to change his subscription from Small business to Midsize business, however these plans are not compatible in Microsoft system. Microsoft has a tutorial to work around this issue:

Feature request APSA-2282 implemented in Office365 5.x.
Resolution
The feature has been implemented in Office365 5.x and higher. Please update your environment to this version to use this feature.
