Symptoms
Domain subscription cannot be renewed. In subscription status history the following record might be found:
Domain example.com is in provisioning status (Canceled) and cannot be currently renewed.
Cause
Domain was already canceled in BA.
Resolution
If domain is still registered on registrar's side, please follow the steps to create new subscription in BA:
- Cancel the current renewal order.
- Place new order for domain transfer.
- If the order fails, complete it using Domain Conflict Resolver.
