Symptoms
A new plan for OACI has been set up, but orders placed from online store fail with
P80445: Storage type [PCS] is not allowed for the subscription
Cause
When the order is created a VE is being provisioned. Resource rate for this VE is not set to "Measurable" in BA.
Resolution
Check the OACI service plan against KB#115865 and enable "Measurable" for the required resource rate.
Cancel the failed order and create a new one with the required parameters.
