Symptoms
The task to upgrade one of the instances of Office365 Upgrading resources of application 'Microsoft Office 365' fails with the error:
Internal error: APSC: Upgrade to ver. 6.2-75 : resource 3ec8e2bc-4186-4ba0-bddc-f32c6e6787be of type 'office365app' (http://www.parallels.com/Office365/Office365app/1.8) for APS application 'Microsoft Office 365-6.2-75' : Creation of resource with type 'http://aps-standard.org/types/dns/record/mx/1.0' is not allowed..
The following failed request can be found in poa.log before the above-mentioned error:
2016-06-12T09:42:54.720668+02:00 osscore.domain.tld : ERR [rest:11595 1:27675:ea387b70 SAAS 1459870318]: [ APSC] REST Error: POST /aps/2/resources/2d7a1541-810a-4725-9030-28f6792702ad/records/ code=403: Creation of resource with type 'http://aps-standard.org/types/dns/record/mx/1.0' is not allowed.
Cause
The resource mentioned in the second error is related to the disabled subscription. The issue has been reported to the Maintenance Team as APSA-15877.
Resolution
Please contact your TAM or PTA to trace the status of the issue APSA-15877. To workaround the issue, it is necessary to enable this disabled subscription and re-run the task. After that the subscription can be disabled again.
